This course is for anyone in the product marketing field. Whether you’re a customer research novice, or a seasoned PMM hungry for more knowledge, this course has everything you need to master the art of customer research.
This course provides a completely flexible learning experience. It’s 100% OnDemand and fully self-paced, giving you the freedom to learn on your own schedule. Go through the 7 modules in whatever order you like, and tackle the mandatory exam questions at the end of each one.
The course curriculum takes just two hours to complete. There’s also bonus footage and fireside chats to enhance your learning. However, you can take as much time as you need to go through the materials, as the course is completely self-paced.
For life! A one-off payment gives you unlimited to all the course’s content.

If you fail the first time around you'll be given the option to retake the exam. If you fail the second attempt, unfortunately, it means you won’t get the certificate.
